Wow. What a big clue you give. I would guess a mousetrap but the bolt looks kinda big.
I have no idea! Maybe a floorboard from an old shop or a saloon?
OK stay with me here. Its a huge spool that holds cable wiring. The bolt is the center that the cable is wrapped around.
