Java Time
It's grey.
It's chilly.
It's raining. Again.
It's time for coffee. . . .extra hot. . . .2 Splenda. . . .half and half. . . .
How do you like your coffee?

Hot enough to drink but not scald my tongue. I like it black but lately, for some odd reason, I bought some real cream and used some of that and a teaspoon of real sugar and that brought back all sorts of memories and I liked it. A lot.
Yum! This weather is perfect for it, isn't it? We don't go that often (but brew a lot at home), so when we do, it's a treat...Sugar-free, fat-free Hazelnut latte (or the same in a frappucino if it's hot outside). If it's late in the day, I order the same in no-caf, which my DS (the coffee snob) says "isn't even coffee". :)
hi chris...I prefer mine with half and half, something sweet, and topped with foam or whipped cream. I think the topping cools the coffee enough so I can drink it straight away. Im a little impatient weh it comes to coffee. But, its what gets me out of bed in the morning.

I'm fortunate to have had a lot of fun adventures in my life. I've taught Spanish, English, Drama and Journalism. I've done photography, PR and advertising for a number of companies. For 9 years, I owned Paper Moon, a paper arts store, and I'm currently finishing my MFA in Creative Writing through Murray State's low-residency program. For a few years, I've been living with one foot in Las Vegas and one foot in Nashville. We're permanently back in Las Vegas now, so I've discontinued this blog. And, I'm still working on making history! :-D

I like the pic, we had similar thoughts yesterday. I really dont like coffee though. I will have a hot chocolate or green tea though.
I don't like Starbucks coffee because it tastes burned. But I do love the Chai Latte there.
I like my coffee smooth and strong, with a little milk and no sugar.
