Fresh and Fruity
A few MFA students at Murray introduced me to Gloria's, a rather unique restaurant that is across the street from the Murray State campus. The owner, Gloria, serves a variety of ethnic dishes, including gyros, curries, basmati rice, exotic teas and juices, etc. The tropical fruit salad (above) is a beautiful mixture of fresh fruits, cheese, nuts and spinach.

Of course! And when it is such a fruity-nutty-cheesy-vegetably-healthy dish like the one in the picture, who can resist!

The tropical fruit salad looks good and I suppose it is just naturally sweet? My mom used to fix a kind of fruit salad and then loaded it with cane sugar to make it sweet.
I bet that tastes great, right out of the fridge, nice and cold.
The perfect summer salad.
Just love fruit salad, especially soft summer fruits but spinach? I've never eaten a fruit salad with spinach...
I know I SHOULD love fruit salad but I much prefer green salads, especially Greek! Pretty photo though.
I remember fruit salad bieng made as a child and it being set in lemonade.
Things have changed fruit avaialable all year round is so excoitc, and yes I love to experiment. An image so alive with colour.
Yum! I love a good fruit salad... or a good salad of any kind!
Love fruit salads but prefer green salads more.
The one in the photo looks might tasty.
