Leiper's House #1


As I mentioned the other day, Leiper's Fork is home to some of the only remaining 19th Century architecture in the area. This is one of the houses that sits on the main drag through town.
Tomorrow, I'll show you another of the quaint homes in town.

I suspect vinyl siding but I like the metal roof. Nice house. I also like the front porch. Something happened in America when the front porch disappeared in favor of the out back patio.

I love these types of houses. Terrell has a lot of these, but many have not been kept up very well. I agree with OML, the front porch is the house seller.
