Looks like one of those spiral binding machines for books.
Yep it looks like spirals or maybe a zipper or the front part of a car. Perhaps it is some old jukebox. By the way how did you do in Florida?
It is interesting but could be a shredder.

I was thinking a shredder or a binding machine. Probably something to do with paper. :)
