Vanderbilt Mural

On the side of the You Greek, Me Greek store near the Vanderbilt campus is this great mural starring three Vandy coaches. Bobby Johnson (L) is head football coach, while Kevin Stallings heads the men's basketball program. Melanie Bascolmb is coach of the women's basketball program. The mural does change with coaching changes, although these three have been at Vandy for a number of years, so there's been no need to re-paint.

Thanks for all of your kind comments and concerns over this shoulder stuff. To answer a few questions: Yes, I'm right-handed, so typing with only my left hand is a little difficult. I'm hoping once I see the doctor tomorrow that I can take the right arm out of the sling for an hour or so/day. ;-)

If I had to choose an interesting post then photo today would be the one I selected.

Please, whatever you do, don't visit my blog today (Wednesday) as I lost my mind, I think owing to medicine from my hospital stay, and posted some really gross stuff.

Olá Chris,
Tu tem cuidado contigo e cuida-te, primeiro está a nossa saúde!

The mural is nice and if I understood well Vanderbilt is a basket team. Right?

Nice mural. The shoulder surgery certainly has not affected your photographic abilities. :)

Kevin Stallings is from a town near my hometown. I remember reading about Kevin Stallings growning up. He was a few years older than me but I have loved sports since I was in grade school. His high school basketball team was always the best in the area and one of the best in state.
