I looked out of the kitchen window the other day and saw this guy booking across our backyard. I'll tell you more of the story tomorrow.

I would say it is a snapping turtle and I hope you don't make him mad.
Well, if you have to have a reptile in your backyard, at least it's one you can outrun!
I'll bet that's an old guy. Or gal. How far away were you when you took this photo? I'd have been inside the house!
