Every time we buy a house, we end up with one with a backyard facing west. The best part about having that west view is that we get to see some beautiful sunsets.

I've done photography, PR and advertising for a number of companies. For 9 years, I owned Paper Moon, a paper arts store, and I'm currently finishing my MFA in Creative Writing through Murray State's low-residency program. For a few years, I've been living with one foot in Las Vegas and one foot in Nashville. We're permanently back in Las Vegas now, so I've discontinued this blog. What a nice area!! I went to Nashville last year for a convention...my family is from Somerset, ky...we plan on retiring there someday. Right now we live in Forks, WA
